Come to a letter writing event in honor of International Day of Solidarity with Long Term Anarchist Prisoners! Letter writing materials provided (feel free to bring more!). This event will also have merch available for fundraising, and postcards to write to two friends who are currently in jail for allegedly destroying flock cameras.

Take a moment, take a breath, sip some tea – your feet and hands may be saying something! Natalie offers a space where you can learn practical ways to support your body through reflexology. Reflexology offers help with feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, hypertension, cycle irregularities, and digestive issues to name a few! In a relaxed setting we’ll discuss how our body systems are connected to our hands, feet, and the world around us. Come ask questions, support your body, and recharge. Authentic Movement provides a simple structure for connecting with our body’s inward experience and expressing it outwardly through movement—a gentle, self-guided practice that everyone (people of all bodies, abilities, and backgrounds) can do. EarthPrayers Qi Gong is a call to connection and alignment with the more beautiful world that is laboring to be born through our broken open hearts. Arising from the intersection of classic Daoist internal arts, contemporary fascial science and the work of Joanna Macy, EarthPrayers Qi Gong is an embodied mythopoetic prayer in response to our current meta-crisis with all its strange, potent and disturbing signs of change. Paper is a portal into the sacred and mundane. Writing and sending letters can be a slow, tender, nonlinear, radical release of rigid expectations and attachments to outcomes. Come unlearn and relearn how to be in relationship by turning letters into art. In this supportive group space, we’ll tune into our bodies, feel the pleasure of our raw and finished practice, and make it our own. Bring your ideas, stories, and queerest ways of connecting. Mending is an anticapitlist act that disrupts endless consumption and waste. Mends your clothes, upcycle materials, build community, make a statement! Coffee, tea & mending supplies provided. $3-5 suggested donation (no one turned away for lack of funds).

Second Saturdays | 7-8:30pm

Join your comrades in an informal song circle to share liberatory music for times of struggle. All levels of skill are welcome and appreciated (even those with no musical background). No instrument? No problem! Come to sing, listen, or play a hand instrument. $5 donation to the space suggested but not necessary. Bring songs to share with the group!
