Ziibi Dibaajimowin ~ River Stories

Stories of the Rivers that Feed Our Great Lakes

Every lake starts with a river. And every river holds a multitude of stories. But not all stories have been told equally. Ziibi Dibaajimowin (River Stories) is an annual storytelling event taking place on rivers across the Great Lakes to honor the deep past and deep future of the waters that give us life, weaving together the many cultures, songs, dances, and prayers that enliven our relations.

Stay tuned for information about Ziibi DIbaajimowin in 2025.
